Low fever, no energy, diarrhea, stomachache, no appetite

my daughter is 8 on tues night she did t look well had a low grade fever , by wednesday she slept a lot and had no energy. No fever. Yesterday she started having diarrhea had it through the night and throught this morning, again no fever. complains about a bad tummy ache and her energy is not even close to what it normally is and no appetite . Take her in now or wait til tomorrow?
